Ubisoft will let the viewers of Ubisoft Forward, grab free copies of Watch Dogs 2. Players first met Watch Dogs, the sequel in the series, in 2016.
Ubisoft is currently planning to hold a live event to replace their traditional E3 presentation. Furthermore, this will be the first time Ubisoft holding a purely live event. Since this year’s E3 is not likely to take place, Ubisoft has apparently decided to take a different step. The event will broadcast on July 12, 2pm PT/3pm ET/8pm BST/9pm CEST. It is highly likely the studio will showcase lots of new releases. Moreover, the recent trailer strongly indicates the event will host lots of upcoming content.
Currently, there are multiple titles that cause high anticipation. Firstly, Assassin’s Creed series will receive its next installment: Valhalla. In the event, a new gameplay footage might be ready for the audience. Moreover, Watch Dogs Legion is another big title for the new financial year. As Ubisoft Forward viewers will get its prequel for free, they can find even more reason to get excited for the third installment.
On the other hand, Ubisoft is preparing a new battle royale game: Hyper Scape. The game will be free to play and have Twitch integration to alter gameplay with viewer votes. Ubisoft Forward is likely to reveal us more about the game.
Finally, we might get confirmation on Far Cry 6. Reports that connect actor Giancarlo Esposito’s words and Ubisoft’s unannounced titles for 2021, indicate the game might be under development.
The studio also might utter a few more words for the sexual harrassment allegations surrounding it.
